We use the finest unbleached / unbromated flour and have a special fermentation process that creates an unbelievable flavor and texture that will be the best bagel you have ever had! The texture is chewy and the outside is baked to perfection. Loaded with all your favorite toppings (sesame, poppy, onions, and garlic) on both sides.
